Personal Direction Mentoring

I am dedicated to providing personalized care and focused attention to help every individual reach their fullest potential.

I offer mentorship sessions for both personal and business purposes. Regardless of your background, whether you are a stay-at-home parent, a returning professional, or a successful executive, my one-on-one interaction is designed to help you discover your purpose and guide you towards it. Accountability and having someone to listen can be essential in finding direction. It is important to note that every journey, no matter how small or grand, is equally important to me.

I believe that everyone has something special and unique inside of them, and I am here to help you discover and achieve whatever your heart desires. I don't have a pre-built strategic plan or fancy words to distract you - my approach is based on empathy and open discussion. As an empath, I strive to understand and feel what you do so that we can work together to start your journey. If you decide to reach out to me, and we're a good match to work together, you'll have my full support and commitment. However, I won't enable you - I'm here to motivate you and help you achieve your goals. Taking the first step to reach out to me is the hardest part of this journey, and I respect your courage and commitment.

You took action!

I have a talent for helping people overcome mental obstacles. I am naturally good at motivating others and being empathetic towards them. I have also been fortunate enough to experience things that many well-educated people may not have. It's important to stay true to your personal journey and find satisfaction in it. I understand that everyone has their own unique set of challenges, obstacles, and fears. Additionally, I want to clarify the difference between a coach and a mentor. Lastly, I believe that a delicious cup of coffee can really help boost morale! My main focus is providing personalized care and attention to every individual, to help them reach their fullest potential.

Mentoring and Coaching: Similar but Not the Same

Many people use the terms mentoring and coaching interchangeably, but this can be misleading. Although both are meant to support personal growth, they are actually quite distinct practices.

Mentoring is a long-term relationship that aims to support the personal growth and development of the mentee. The mentor is a source of wisdom, teaching, and support. However, they don't observe or advise on specific actions or behavioral changes in daily work.

Coaching is usually a short-term relationship aimed at improving specific behaviors in the present. Coaches assist professionals in either eliminating negative behaviors that hinder their performance or enhancing positive behaviors that lead to better performance in a particular set of activities.

Both mentoring and coaching are valuable for development, but they differ in their approach. Mentoring provides extensive guidance for long-term growth, while coaching focuses on specific areas for immediate improvement.

Thank you for trusting me. I am excited to help you explore new possibilities on your journey, whether it's for a short period or long-term. Take that first step….
